About IWrite Equestrian

Good equestrian documentation protects relationships as much as process. It helps set expectations, reduce misunderstandings, support fairness, and give people something clear to rely on when situations become difficult, sensitive, or complex.

Why this matters

IWrite Equestrian provides practical, tailored writing and documentation support for horse owners, riders, yards, and equestrian businesses. From agreements and complaint letters to policies, applications, and operational paperwork, the focus is on creating documents that are clear, usable, and built around real-life equestrian situations.

A practical middle ground

Many people find themselves caught between three options that do not quite fit.

Free templates can be too generic and often fail to reflect the realities of a particular horse, yard, arrangement, or dispute.

Narrow specialist consultants may only deal with one part of the issue.

Legal support has an important place, but it is not always the most proportionate or affordable first step for routine, preventative, or documentation-led matters.

IWrite Equestrian sits in the practical middle ground — offering bespoke, professional support that is more tailored than a template, more flexible than a narrow specialist service, and more accessible for everyday documentation needs.

Founded on real equestrian and leadership experience

IWrite Equestrian is led by Vikki, Founder and CEO, who brings 30 years of experience in high-performance equestrian sport, alongside wider operational, leadership, and business expertise.

Vikki has had the honour of serving as Performance Director for Team GBR, Team Manager for international equestrian teams, and Deputy Chief Executive, as well as leading operations, management, and organisational support across other sports and businesses.

She also understands equestrian life from multiple perspectives — as a coach, judge, owner, livery, and mum.

This combination of experience means IWrite Equestrian is built not just on strong writing and documentation skills, but on genuine sector awareness and a practical understanding of the people, pressures, relationships, and realities involved.

Support that takes pressure off

At the heart of IWrite Equestrian is a simple aim: to help people find solutions to problems and present the best version of themselves and their businesses.

The service is designed to take pressure off by providing tailored, effective support with the written documentation needed to deal with situations properly.

This might include:

  • Yard and livery agreements
  • Complaint letters and responses
  • Compliance-style documents
  • Loan and sharer agreements
  • Policies and procedures
  • Business paperwork, applications, and written submissions

Clear, practical, and usable

The focus is always on creating documents that are not just well written, but genuinely useful.

  • Tailored to the real situation
  • Clear and well structured
  • Professional in tone
  • Practical to use
  • Grounded in equestrian understanding

The aim is not paperwork for paperwork’s sake. It is to put the right words around the right situation, so that issues feel more manageable and outcomes more achievable.
